Most planners book a supplier. We walk in with the crew.
The stage, the lighting rig, the LED wall, the sound system and the effects are ours, and our own technicians run them.
That is why we can promise a cue rather than hope for one.

Questions
Before you call.
- What does Sada Events actually do?
- We plan the event and we produce it. That means the running order, the suppliers and the budget on one side, and the stage, lighting, LED, sound, effects and performers on the other — from one team, on one contract.
- Do you only do weddings?
- No. Weddings are about half our work. The rest is corporate — product launches, conferences, gala dinners and award nights — plus private parties, birthdays and fashion shows.
- Do you work outside Dubai?
- Yes. We work across all seven emirates, and we handle destination weddings where the family is flying in from abroad.
- How far ahead should we book?
- For a large wedding, three to six months gives us room to design properly. For corporate events and smaller parties we regularly turn things around in weeks. Call us either way — we will tell you honestly if the date is workable.
- How much does an event cost?
- It depends entirely on guest count, venue and how much production you want. Send us the outline and we will come back with an itemised quote rather than a vague range.
